**Requirements:**
🔹 Strong presentation and communication skills

🔹 1–2 years of experience, preferably with a major retail landlord or real estate group
🔹 Valid driving license is required
**Key Responsibilities:**

🔹 Implement the leasing strategy as per the business plan and company policy
🔹 Identify potential clients, present company projects, negotiate, and close lease agreements
🔹 Conduct daily meetings and site visits with potential tenants
