We’re looking for an organized and proactive F&B Coordinator to support our F&B Operations across multiple restaurant brands.
What you’ll do:
• Coordinate daily activities across Operations, Culinary, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments
• Maintain trackers, reports, meeting minutes, and follow up on action points
• Support multi-brand launches, menu updates, and various F&B projects
• Keep documentation organized and ensure deadlines stay on track
What we’re looking for:
• 2–5 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or administrative coordination
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
