🌟 نبذة عن الوظيفة:
تعلن شركة متخصصة في الدهانات الخارجية والديكور عن حاجتها إلى مشرف تفتيش / فاحص جودة يتمتع بالخبرة والكفاءة العالية للانضمام إلى فريق العمل المحترف لدينا.
يجب أن يكون المتقدم ملمًّا بمعايير الجودة، وإجراءات التفتيش، وأعمال الدهانات والإنشاءات لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع وفق أعلى مستويات الجودة والاحتراف.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• فحص ومتابعة أعمال الدهانات والديكور للتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة والمواصفات
• الإشراف على أنشطة المواقع والتنسيق مع فريق العمليات للتحسين المستمر
• إجراء اختبارات ضمان الجودة والفحوصات الميدانية وفحص الأسطح
• إعداد وحفظ تقارير التفتيش والسجلات والجداول الفنية
• تحديد العيوب أو المخالفات للمعايير المعتمدة وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
• التواصل الفعّال مع المهندسين والفنيين والإدارة للحفاظ على جودة العمل وسرعة الإنجاز
المتطلبات:
• خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال فحص الجودة أو الإشراف في شركات الدهانات الخارجية أو المقاولات

• مهارات قوية في التواصل وإعداد التقارير
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية

• إقامة مادة 18 أهلي قابلة للتحويل
