Sales Coordinator (2 Positions)
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales administration, order processing, and delivery coordination, with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-up.
️Key Responsibilities:
1- Process sales orders, quotations, and customer accounts in the ERP system
2- Maintain accurate records of customer data, pricing, and product information
3- Coordinate invoicing and delivery schedules with internal teams
4- Track order status and ensure timely processing and fulfillment
5- Liaise with accounts, commercial, and technical departments
6- Assist with supplier follow-ups and related documentation
7- Prepare internal memos and documentation for approvals when required
️Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (required)
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good coordination and communication abilities
Experience in building materials / wood / construction industry is an advantage
Transferable Visa (18)
