📍 Location: Kuwait
💰 Salary: 800–900 KWD
🕗 Working Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
📅 Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting (preferably in construction sector).
Proven experience in managing a team of senior/junior accountants.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Solid understanding of VAT and local regulatory compliance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and handle full accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end/year-end close processes.
Manage and mentor accounting team (including senior accountants).
Monitor project costs and ensure accurate job costing.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management.
Ensure proper controls over inventory and assets.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll oversight.
Ensure compliance with all tax and legal requirements.
Support external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
Streamline accounting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
