تعلن شركة عقارية كبرى عن حاجتها إلى تعيين:
أولاً: مسؤول إدارة عقارات
المتطلبات:
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة العقارات.
• إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج Microsoft Office وبالأخص Excel.
• خبرة في برامج إدارة العقارات.
• خبرة عملية في:
• تحصيل الإيجارات والتأجير
• إدارة عقود الإيجار
• متابعة المستأجرين
• الإشراف والتنسيق على أعمال الصيانة
• القدرة على إعداد التقارير الدورية.
• مهارات تنظيم عالية وحسن التواصل.
• يشترط توفر رخصة قيادة (ليسن) وسيارة.
ثانياً: محاسب
المتطلبات:
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمحاسب.
• يشترط خبرة سابقة في شركات عقارية.
• إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة.
• خبرة في:
• متابعة المستحقات والتحصيل
• إعداد التقارير المالية
• القيود اليومية والمطابقات البنكية
• إجادة العمل على Excel.
• الدقة وتحمل ضغط العمل.
ثالثاً: سكرتيرة
المتطلبات:
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كسكرتيرة.
• يشترط خبرة سابقة في شركة عقارية.
• إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج Microsoft Office.
• مهام العمل تشمل:
• تنظيم المواعيد والملفات
• متابعة المراسلات والعقود
• التنسيق بين الإدارة والعملاء
• إعداد التقارير والمخاطبات
• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.
• حسن المظهر واللباقة.
