A reputable company in Kuwait is looking from INSIDE KUWAIT for a Sales Manager for Cleaning tools & equipment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the supply of cleaning products is required.
- Valid driver’s license + own a car
- Bilingual (Preferable)

Job Overview:

As a Store Supervisor/Senior Sales for a prestigious brand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store operates seamlessly while delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience. You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for luxury fashion will help cultivate a sophisticated and welcoming environment for both clients and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Experience:
o Ensure every client receives a personalized, world-class luxury shopping experience.
o Handle VIP and high-net-worth clients with utmost professionalism and discretion.
o Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

2. Sales Leadership:
o Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
o Implement sales strategies to drive performance and revenue growth.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable feedback to the team.

3. Team Supervision:
o Assist in training new team members.
o Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and achieve individual goals.
o Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.

4. Store Operations:
o Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and inventory management.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
o Maintain the store's luxury appearance and ensure all displays align with the brand's identity.

5. Merchandising and Inventory:
o Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage stock levels and product rotations.
o Conduct regular inventory checks and address discrepancies promptly.

6. Reporting and Communication:
o Provide regular updates to the Store Manager on sales, inventory, and team performance.
o Act as a liaison between the store team and corporate office.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience in luxury retail, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
· Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and the brands heritage.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency in managing and motivating a team in a high-pressure environment.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
· Fluent in English & Arabic
