Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Sales and Marketing related field.
Self-Driven with Excellent communication skills-written, spoken English.
Arabic language communication is a plus.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry with selling different types of services; Air and Sea import export, custom clearance, transportation and Logistics related services.
Local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)
Relationship building and maintenance capabilities.
Decision-making capabilities
Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints
Key Functions & Responsibilities
Secure new business; develop new clients & new area of business.
Meeting monthly sales goals & targets. (Result Oriented)
Building & maintaining client relationships. (Customer Focus)
Constant communication with new customers, customer support, freight management departments, all relevant company policies and departmental expectations.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
Sells the services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
